Description of Duties. (i) During the Employment Period, Executive shall serve the Company as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). Executive shall supervise the financial conduct of the business and affairs of the Company, its subsidiaries and respective divisions, supervise the development function for the Company, and perform such other duties as the CEO shall determine.

Description of Duties. (i) During the Employment Period, Executive shall serve the Company as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO")of the Company. Executive shall supervise the financial conduct of the business and affairs of the Company, its subsidiaries and respective divisions, supervise the development function for the Company, divisions and perform such other duties as the CEO Board of Directors of the Company (the "BOARD") shall determine.

Description of Duties. (i) During the Employment Period, Executive shall serve the Company as its Executive Vice the President and Chief Financial Executive Officer of its ResortQuest subsidiary and report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO")) of the Company. Executive shall supervise the financial conduct of the business and affairs of the Company, its subsidiaries and respective divisions, supervise the development function for the Company, and also perform such other duties as the CEO of the Company shall reasonably determine.

Description of Duties. (i) During the Employment Period, Executive shall serve the Company as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Executive Officer and report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer Board of Directors of Directors (the "CEOBoard of Directors"). Executive shall supervise the financial conduct of the business and affairs of the Company, its subsidiaries and respective divisions, supervise the development function for the Company, divisions and perform such other duties as the CEO Board of Directors shall determine.

Description of Duties. (i) During the Employment Period, Executive shall serve the Company as its Executive Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer General Counsel of the Company and report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). Executive shall supervise the financial conduct of the business and affairs ) of the Company, its subsidiaries and respective divisions, supervise the development function for the Company, and perform such other duties as the CEO shall determine.

(i) During the Employment Period, Executive shall serve the Company as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer ___ and report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer ("“CEO"”). (i) During the Employment Period, Executive shall serve the Company as its Executive Senior Vice President of Development and Chief Financial Officer Design & Construction and report directly to the President and Chief Executive Financial Officer ("CEO"“CFO”). Executive shall supervise the financial conduct of the business and affairs of the Company, its subsidiaries and respective divisions, supervise the development function for the Company, and also perform such other duties as the CEO CFO shall determine.

Description of Duties. (i) During the Employment Period, Executive shall serve the Company as its Executive Senior Vice President of Development and Chief Financial Officer Design & Construction, and report directly to the President and Chief Executive Financial Officer ("CEO"“CFO”). Executive shall supervise the financial conduct of the business and affairs of the Company, its subsidiaries and respective divisions, supervise the development function for the Company, and also perform such other duties as the CEO CFO shall reasonably determine.

Description of Duties. (i) During the Employment Period, Executive shall serve the Company as its Executive Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Operating Officer of the Company and report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). Executive shall supervise the financial conduct of the business and affairs ) of the Company, its subsidiaries and respective divisions, supervise the development function for the Company, and perform such other duties as the CEO shall determine.

Description of Duties. (i) During the Employment Period, Executive shall serve the Company as its Executive Vice President of the Xxxxxxx Opryland Resort and Chief Financial Officer Convention Center and report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO")) of the Company. Executive shall supervise the financial conduct of the business and affairs of the Company, its subsidiaries and respective divisions, supervise the development function for the Company, and also perform such other duties as the CEO President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company shall reasonably determine.

(i) During the Employment Period, Executive shall serve the Company as its Executive Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Information Officer of the Company and report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). Executive shall supervise the financial conduct of the business and affairs ) of the Company, its subsidiaries and respective divisions, supervise the development function for the Company, and perform such other duties as the CEO shall determine.

(i) During the Employment Period, Executive shall serve the Company as its Executive Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Marketing Officer of the Company and report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). Executive shall supervise the financial conduct of the business and affairs ) of the Company, its subsidiaries and respective divisions, supervise the development function for the Company, and perform such other duties as the CEO shall determine.

Executive shall supervise the financial conduct of the business and affairs of the Company, its subsidiaries and respective divisions, supervise the development function for the Company, and also perform such other duties as the CEO President of the Xxxxxxx Opryland Resort and Convention Center shall reasonably determine.
