Description of Population to be Served. Provider agrees to provide Services under this Agreement to persons meeting the definitions of an adult with serious mental illness, a child with serious emotional disturbance, or a person with a developmental disability, or a person with a substance abuse disorder who is a resident of the catchment area of BABHA. Provider must accept referrals for all eligible and appropriate individuals as mutually determined by BABHA and Provider.
