CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. It is expressly understood that FIRST PARTY is licensed and skilled in the professional calling necessary to perform the work agreed to be done by it under this agreement and CITY relies upon the skill of FIRST PARTY to do and perform said work in a skillful manner usual to the profession. The acceptance of FIRST PARTY's work by CITY does not operate as a release of FIRST PARTY from said understanding.
CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. The nutrition consultant must meet one of the following qualifications: Registered Dietitian (R.D.) credentialed through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), the credentialing agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the American Dietetic Association); or A Washington State certified nutritionist under RCW 18.138.

CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. Consultant represents that it or its principals or employees assigned to provide services under this Agreement are qualified to provide the services set forth in the Scope of Work.
CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. The City seeks a qualified consultant that can demonstrate expert experience in civil engineering, water resources, and hydrogeology. Experience with local hydrogeology and regional aquifer storage and recovery projects is highly desirable.
CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. Consultant represents and warrants to District that Consultant, and all of Consultant’s employees, agents or volunteers (the “Consultant Parties”), have in effect and shall maintain in full force throughout the Term of this Agreement all licenses, credentials, permits and any other qualifications required by law to perform the Services and to fully and faithfully satisfy all of the terms set forth in this Agreement. Consultant and any Consultant Parties performing Services shall be competent to perform those Services.
CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. The consultant must have a PhD in demography, economics, disability studies or a related field with demonstrated expertise in the areas of research design. Extensive experience within the area of disability is required.
CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. The Contractor shall assign at least one full time PM for the projects associated with this Agreement. The Consultant shall meet all Mandatory Qualifications in order to be considered for assessment. The Consultant’s resume shall be compared based on stated and verified experience, degree(s), license(s) and certification(s) against both the Mandatory and Desirable Qualifications.
CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. 9.1 Technical qualification and experience of the consultant The company must present proof of Enrollment or Registration with the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy - CREA or Council of Architecture and Urbanism of Brazil - CAU, of the locality of the same. For foreign companies, proof of registration from a similar body in the country of origin will be accepted. The company's technical qualification will be assessed through the Technical-Operational and Technical- Professional Capacity, in the following ways:
CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. The consulting firm shall be pre-qualified to conduct work for the State of Colorado, Department of Transportation. The Consultant will also need a comprehensive knowledge of CDOT manuals, guidelines, policies and procedures. All tasks assigned to the Consultant must be conducted by a person on the Consultant team that is qualified and has specific expertise in that task. The qualified person is a professional with the necessary education, certifications (including registrations and licenses), skills, experience, qualities, or attributes to complete a particular task. For inspection related tasks, the individual in charge of the organizational unit, in charge of the inspection team, and the structure inspectors, shall meet the qualifications as stated in the Code of Federal Regulations, 23 CFR, 650.309. Individuals performing Nondestructive Testing (NDT) shall be qualified in accordance with the current edition of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) Recommended Practice No. SNT-TC-1A.
