Description of the Easement Area. The lands encumbered by this easement deed, referred to hereafter as the easement area, are described on EXHIBIT A which is appended to and made a part of this easement deed. TOGETHER with a right of access for ingress and egress to the easement area across adjacent or other properties of the Landowner. Such a right-of-way for access purposes is described in EXHIBIT B which is appended to and made a part of this easement deed.

  • Access Easement The Owner shall grant to VBWD the necessary easements and rights-of-way and/or maintain perpetual access from public rights-of-way to the Facility for VBWD, its agent, or contractor.
