Design Approval Prior to Manufacturing. The Employer accepts the following set of design documentation before compilation of general arrangement of the first board: • Quality control plan. • Inspection and test plan. • Detailed schematic drawings for the project. • Verification of compliance with technical schedule A. • Verification of compliance with Codes/Standards. • Acceptance of deviation schedule. • Hand-over index • Completed SANS 1973-1 Annexure E: Assessment of existing ASSEMBLY for extension or modification form • The Employer accepts the following set of drawings per board before any manufacturing can take place: • Schematic/key cabling diagrams for each circuit; this must include all the wire numbers, termination numbers, termination strip numbers, fuse sizes and spare contacts. • Switchgear load schedule for each board with reference to component schedule. • Detailed equipment list (material list) for each circuit. • General Arrangement drawings for cable termination. • Switchgear General Arrangement.

Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • REGULATORY FILINGS AND CAISO TARIFF COMPLIANCE 3.1 Filing

  • Project Approval The County may issue a Job Order Authorization for the Work, to include the firm-fixed-price of the Job Order and the project duration. Contractor agrees that all clauses of this Contract are applicable to any Job Order issued hereunder. The County reserves the right to reject a Contractor’s Quote based on unjustifiable quantities and/or methods, performance periods, inadequate documentation, or other inconsistencies or deficiencies on the Contractor’s part in the sole opinion of the County. The County reserves the right to issue a unilateral Job Order authorization for the Work if a Quote price cannot be mutually agreed upon. This is based upon unjustifiable quantities in the sole opinion of the County. The County also reserves the right to not issue a Job Order Authorization if the County’s requirement is no longer valid or the project is not funded. In these instances, the Contractor has no right of claim to recover Quote expenses. The County may pursue continuing valid requirements by other means where Contract was not reached with the Contractor.

  • Solicitations for Subcontractors, Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the contractor of the contractor's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, sex, age, and disability/handicap.

  • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the ISO and/or the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, as applicable, to protect system reliability. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • FAA APPROVAL This Agreement may be subject to approval of the FAA. If the FAA disapproves this Agreement, it will become null and void, and both Parties will bear their own expenses relative to this Agreement, up to the date of disapproval.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Engineer for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Engineer of the Engineer's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
