Common use of Design-Build Work Completed Clause in Contracts

Design-Build Work Completed. All Design-Build Work (including all items on the Final Punch List and all clean up and removal of construction materials and demolition debris) is complete and in all respects is in compliance with this Design-Build Agreement;
