DESIGN/BUILDER’S LIABILITY INSURANCE. The Design/Builder shall purchase and maintain in full force and effect such insurance as will protect the Design/Builder from claims set forth below which may arise out of or result from the Design/Builder’s operations under the Contract and for which the Design/Builder may be legally liable, whether such operations be by the Design/Builder or by a Subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly controlled by any of them or by anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable:

DESIGN/BUILDER’S LIABILITY INSURANCE. 7.2.1 The Design/Design Builder shall purchase from and maintain maintain, in full force and effect a company or companies lawfully authorized to do business in the jurisdiction in which the Project is located, such insurance as will protect the Design/Owner and Design Builder from claims set forth below which may arise out of or result from the Design/Builder’s operations under the Contract and for which the Design/Builder may be legally liable, whether such operations be this Agreement by the Design/Builder or by a Subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly controlled by any of them or by anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable:Design Builder.
