Design Considerations. (a) All Rooftop Equipment shall be properly screened from view for aesthetic reasons, and must not be visible from street level. (b) The Antenna may not protrude above a height equal to the highest point of the Building structure. (c) Tenant, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, shall install and maintain such fencing and other protective equipment and/or visual screening on or about the Rooftop Equipment as Landlord may reasonably determine. (d) The Rooftop Equipment shall be clearly marked to show the name, address, telephone number of the person to contact in case of emergency. (e) The Rooftop Equipment must be properly secured and installed so as not to be affected by high winds or other elements. (f) The weight of the Rooftop Equipment shall not exceed the load limits of the Building.
