Common use of Design Documents Defined Clause in Contracts

Design Documents Defined. “Design Documents” means all the design documents provided by Design/Builder and approved by Owner pursuant to the Agreement, including, without limitation, those for use in constructing the Project, performing the Work, and the rendering of the Project fully operational for its intended purposes, as identified by Owner, and shall include, without limitation, detailed plans, drawings, specifications, manuals, and related materials prepared by or on behalf of Design/Builder.
