Design or Programming Error. 20.3.1 The Supplier warrants and undertakes that it has reviewed the Specifications with reasonable degree of care and attention, and that the Specifications are free of any notable errors, omissions, ambiguities, inconsistencies, inadequacies or any other defects which a well experienced and skillful supplier of STS Crane OCR Technology would have detected. 20.3.2 The Supplier shall be responsible for any discrepancies, errors or omissions in the specifications, detailed characterization, conceptual design, detailed design, programming, drawings and other technical documents that it has prepared, whether such specifications, drawings and other documents have been approved by the HPM or not. 20.3.3 Notwithstanding any consent or approval given by HPC, the Supplier warrants and undertakes that it will review each and every document, and shall notify HPC immediately if it discovers any errors, omissions, ambiguities, inconsistencies, inadequacies or other defects in a document which was prepared by HPC for use in executing the Works. In such case and/or if HPC notifies the Supplier of any similar discovery, HPC shall be entitled to instruct the Supplier to modify and re-issue the document(s) at the Supplier’s own cost, for HPC's approval in accordance with Sub-Clause 0.2 above.

  • Programming Processor is not responsible for programming or reprogramming of fuel dispensers.

Availability of the interfaces is fundamental to the CLEC being able to effectively do business with GTE. Additionally, in many instances, CLEC personnel must work with the service personnel of GTE. Measurements in this category assess the availability to the CLECs of systems and personnel at GTE work centers.

  • Firmware 7.1 The Supplier must deliver the equipment, Goods or hardware equipped with all the firmware required to use all the Goods or hardware’s functions. Any software embedded in the equipment, Goods or hardware, including the firmware, is provided to the Local Government with a license to use this software, with all license costs and royalties being included in the Fee Schedule (Schedule C). All firmware will be the most recent version available at the time of shipping.
