DESIGN PLANS AND WORKING DRAWINGS. 9.1 The Bid Project includes drawings (design plans) and specifications. The CITY, through the CITY ENGINEER, shall have the right to modify the details of these drawings (design plans) and specifications, to supplement said design plans and additional design plans, drawings or additional information as the work proceeds, all of which shall be considered as part of the Bid Project. In case of disagreement between the written and graphic portions of the Bid Project, the written portion shall govern.
