Common use of Design Review Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Design Review Guidelines. If required by the Town, the Town and Owner shall jointly develop and agree to adopt design review guidelines addressing design considerations, including architectural, site planning, landscaping, streetscape, and sign elements for land uses within the Property. The design review guidelines shall be applied to all development projects within the Property. The design review guidelines shall not supersede any uniform code of the Town such as the Uniform Building Code, Uniform Fire Code, or any other like code which is applicable to all properties located within the Town.
