Common use of Design Services Defined Clause in Contracts

Design Services Defined. “Design Services” means any and all architectural, engineering, or design tasks or services required to be performed by Design/Builder for the completion of the Project, and all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, computers, documents, and other things necessary for the performance of such task or services.
