Common use of Design Team Clause in Contracts

Design Team. The Design Professional represents that it has or will secure at its own expense, all personnel required in the performance of this Contract, except for personnel required to be furnished by the Owner. The Design Professional’s personnel shall not be employees of the Owner. .
