Common use of Design Workshops Clause in Contracts

Design Workshops. (a) In order to obtain user input in the preparation of, and prior to submitting, the Design Development Submittals and the Construction Document Submittals, the Parties will hold user group design workshops (the “Design Workshops”) upon the following terms: (i) the Project Co Representative shall arrange the Design Workshops in consultation with the JBH Representative; (ii) the Parties shall cooperate to develop a reasonable schedule for the Design Workshops and shall incorporate such schedule into the Works Schedule; (iii) Project Co shall circulate to the JBH Representative an agenda for each of the Design Workshops no later than 10 Business Days prior to the relevant Design Workshop; (iv) the Design Workshops shall be held in person, except where otherwise agreed by the Parties, acting reasonably; (v) Project Co shall maintain minutes of the Design Workshops, including possible design solutions and changes in design, and, within two Business Days after each Design Workshop, Project Co shall provide to the JBH Representative a copy of the minutes, together with a copy of any notes, comments, sketches, drawings, tracings, lay-outs, plans or diagrams prepared at the Design Workshop; (vi) JBH and Project Co agree that the subject matter of the Design Workshops shall not be regarded as Submittals to which Schedule 10 - Review Procedure applies, and that JBH shall not be bound by the input provided in connection with the Design Workshops; (vii) Project Co shall submit to JBH the Design Development Submittals or the Construction Document Submittals, as applicable, for review pursuant to Schedule 10 - Review Procedure; and (viii) the Parties agree that, with respect to the Design Development Submittals and the Construction Document Submittals, the period for review shall be 15 Business Days as prescribed in Section 2.2 of Schedule 10 - Review Procedure. (b) Prior to the 50% Design Development Submittals, the Parties will hold Design Workshops with respect to the following matters and any other Design Workshops required by Project Co or JBH, acting reasonably: (i) departmental layouts; (ii) cross-functional issues related to: (A) vertical/horizontal circulation diagrams; (B) elevator configuration; and (C) materials management strategy; (iii) envelope systems including: (A) exterior elevations, including materials, finishes and colours; and (B) Roofing systems; (iv) foundation systems including mitigating approach to the water table and methane gas; (v) room layouts; (vi) millwork/modular systems furniture; (vii) Equipment, Existing Equipment and JBH Separate Equipment, including coordination and other details; (viii) information/communications strategy; (ix) interior colour/material presentation; (x) mechanical and electrical systems, including plant layouts and functionality, and including integration of mechanical and electrical systems into Existing Facilities; (xi) energy efficiency considerations; (xii) approach to life cycle and warranties; and (xiii) approach to commissioning. (c) Prior to the 100% Design Development Submittals, the Parties will hold Design Workshops with respect to the following matters and any other Design Workshops required by Project Co or JBH, acting reasonably: (i) all items listed in Section 11.3(b) and all items listed in Sections 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 Appendix A of Schedule 10 – Review Procedure, as required; (ii) physical mock-ups for the JBH Design Team and user review - rooms to be mocked-up as per Appendix A of Schedule 10 – Review Procedure; (iii) room and millwork/modular casework interior elevations; (iv) door/hardware/security functionality; (v) In-Contract Equipment coordination; (vi) audio/visual systems and integration; and (vii) sustainability considerations and LEED requirements. (d) Prior to the 50% and 100% Construction Documents Submittals, the Parties will hold Design Workshops with respect to the following matters and any other Design Workshops required by Project Co or JBH, acting reasonably: (i) millwork details; (ii) ceiling details; (iii) Equipment, Existing Equipment and JBH Separate Equipment coordination details; (iv) signage and wayfinding; (v) detailed engineering system solutions; (vi) energy efficiency considerations; (vii) approach to life cycle and warranties; and (viii) approach to commissioning.

Design Workshops. (C) No more than 15 HRRH clinical user groups shall meet with Project Co in any given week; (D) The above criteria are for planning purposes only; actual user group availability shall be determined by HRRH post Financial Close. (v) Project Co shall circulate to the JBH HHS Representative an a thorough agenda for each of the Design Workshops no later than 10 ten Business Days prior to the relevant Design Workshop. The agenda package shall include, appropriate to the round of meeting described in Section 18.5(a)(iv): (A) Diagrams of the revised layout developed at the previous meeting/presentation including: (I) Provide plan diagrams for each and all departments in the order of the departmental functional program code as indicated in Section 3.3 of Part 3 of the Output Specifications, illustrating: a) Identification of departmental boundaries corresponding to the departmental gross areas, including identification of access points to the department; b) Identification by functional program name and codes of all program spaces of the space allocation tables in Section 3.3 of Part 3 of the Output Specifications; c) Identification of programmed and proposed areas for each space of the space allocation tables in Section 3.3 of Part 3 of the Output Specifications; d) Identification of approved shell space; e) Identification of structural components, of mechanical and electrical service spaces and any whole building elements relating to the departmental layout (e.g. exit stairs, elevator banks, exterior walls, etc.); f) Identification of doors, glazed screens and partitions, pass-through windows for all spaces; and g) Identification of significant fixed furniture (e.g. reception desks, workstations, etc.) that may delimit program spaces. (B) Provide circulation and functional relationships departmental diagrams/overlay for each and all departments using legend and color coding as indicated on Attachment 1 of Schedule 2 of the Request for Proposals at a minimum, illustrating: (I) Identification of departmental sub-zones by colour, and by name and code as defined in the Space Allocation Tables of Section 3.3 of Part 3 of the Output Specifications, including approved shell space; (ivII) Horizontal circulation flows by type and hierarchy, as defined in Section 2.5.9.2 of Part 2 of Schedule 15 – Output Specifications and in the respective departmental requirements of Section 3.3 of Part 3 of Schedule 15 – Output Specifications, including connections to the Facility’s horizontal and vertical circulations, entrances, material flow (clean vs. soiled materials); (III) Reception / access control points; (IV) Communication and charting stations; (V) Measures for identifying and managing infectious patients and indicating control points, access points, restricted access points; (VI) Indication of wayfinding and signage nodes and features; and (VII) Access to daylighting and views. (C) Provide flexibility, adaptability and expandability departmental diagrams using legend and color coding as indicated on Attachment 1 of Schedule 2 of the Request for Proposals at a minimum, illustrating: (I) Diagrams/overlays at a departmental scale demonstrating flexibility for future renovations and expansions of each department according to Section 2.11 of Part 2 of the Output Specifications including indicating shell space and soft space; and (II) Include demonstration of space fit-out for the shelled-in space included in target DG as indicated in Table 2.11.3.8 in Part 2 of the Output Specifications. (D) Detailed space development – 1:50 scale. Provide plans, sections and elevations, including: (I) Interior elevations or interior perspectives; (II) Reflected ceiling plans indicating ceiling materials, curtain tracks, patient lifts, configuration of lighting, mechanical diffusers and grilles; (III) Identification of materials and finishes; (IV) Furniture and equipment layout; (V) Location of room accessories; and (VI) All other electrical and mechanical items. (c) Prior to the 100% [REDACTED]% Design Development Submittals, the Parties will hold Design Workshops with respect to the following matters and any other Design Workshops required by Project Co or JBHCo, acting reasonably: (i) all items listed in Section 11.3(b) and all items listed in Sections 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 Appendix A of Schedule 10 – Review Procedure, as required; (ii) physical mock-ups for the JBH Design Team MHCP user review, including, but not limited to: (A) Patient Bedroom, including 2 piece washroom and user review - rooms to be mocked-up as per Appendix A of Schedule 10 – Review Procedurefully operational doors; (iiiB) Seclusion Room, including 2 piece washroom and fully operational doors; (C) Care Desk, including doors and glazing; and (D) Secure Window and S3 Wall assembly, including destructive testing of glass. (ii) preliminary room and millwork/modular casework interior elevations; (iviii) preliminary door/hardware/security functionalityfunctionality for key clinical areas and key public areas; (iv) preliminary Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, selection and locations (i.e., fixtures, lighting types, electrical outlets, diffusers) for key clinical areas relating to safety; (v) In-Contract preliminary Equipment coordinationcoordination details; (vi) audioupdated interior and exterior materials/visual systems finishes for key clinical areas and integrationkey public areas; and (vii) sustainability considerations updated Plant layouts and LEED requirementsfunctionality. (d) Prior to the 50% and 100% [REDACTED]% Construction Documents Submittals, the Parties will hold Design Workshops with respect to the following matters and any other Design Workshops required by Project Co or JBHCo, acting reasonably: (i) preliminary millwork detailsdetails for key clinical areas and key public areas; (ii) preliminary ceiling details; (iii) Equipmentupdated door/hardware/security functionality for all spaces; (iv) updated Mechanical, Existing Equipment Electrical, Plumbing, selection and JBH Separate locations for all spaces; (v) updated Equipment coordination details; (iv) signage and wayfinding; (v) detailed engineering system solutions; (vi) energy efficiency considerations;updated report on the review and adjustment of mock-ups; and (vii) approach to life cycle updated exterior and warranties; andsite relates issues. (viiie) approach The purpose of the Design Workshops is to commissioningfacilitate the incorporation of MHCP input, involvement and feedback into the Design Data prior to submission of such Design Data in accordance with Schedule 10 - Review Procedure.

(a) In order to obtain user input in the preparation of, and prior to submitting, the Design Development Submittals and the Construction Document Submittals, the Parties will hold user group design workshops (the "Design Workshops") upon the following terms: (i) the Project Co Representative shall arrange the Design Workshops in consultation with the JBH NHS Representative; (ii) the Parties shall cooperate to develop a reasonable schedule for the Design Workshops and shall incorporate such schedule into the Works Schedule; (iii) Project Co shall prepare and submit to NHS for approval a protocol for the conduct of the Design Workshops; (iv) Project Co shall circulate to the JBH NHS Representative an agenda for each of the Design Workshops no later than 10 Business Days prior to the relevant Design Workshop; (ivv) the Design Workshops shall be held in person, except where otherwise agreed by the Parties, acting reasonably; (vvi) Project Co shall maintain minutes of the Design Workshops, including possible design solutions and changes in design, and, within two Business Days after each Design Workshop, Project Co shall provide to the JBH NHS Representative a copy of the minutes, together with a copy of any notes, comments, sketches, drawings, tracings, lay-outs, plans or diagrams prepared at the Design Workshop; (vivii) JBH NHS and Project Co agree that the subject matter of the Design Workshops shall not be regarded as Submittals to which Schedule 10 - Review Procedure applies, and that JBH NHS shall not be bound by the input provided in connection with the Design Workshops; (viiviii) Project Co shall submit to JBH NHS the Design Development Submittals or the Construction Document Submittals, as applicable, for review pursuant to Schedule 10 - Review Procedure; and (viiiix) the Parties agree that, with respect to the Design Development Submittals and the Construction Document Submittals, the period for review shall be 15 Business Days as rather than the 10 Business Days prescribed in Section 2.2 of Schedule 10 - Review Procedure. (b) Prior to the 50% Design Development Submittals, the Parties will hold Design Workshops with respect to the following matters and any other Design Workshops required by Project Co or JBHCo, acting reasonably: (i) departmental layouts; (ii) cross-functional issues related to: (A) vertical/horizontal circulation diagrams; (B) elevator configuration; and (C) materials management strategy; (iii) envelope systems including: (A) exterior elevations, including materials, finishes and colours; and (B) Roofing systems; (iv) foundation systems including mitigating approach to the water table and methane gas; (v) room layouts; (viv) millwork/modular systems furniture; (vi) Equipment; (vii) Equipment, Existing Equipment and JBH Separate Equipment, including coordination and other detailsinformation/communication technology; (viii) informationexterior colour/communications strategymaterial presentation; (ix) interior colour/material presentation;; and (x) mechanical and electrical systems, including plant Plant layouts and functionality, and including integration of mechanical and electrical systems into Existing Facilities; (xi) energy efficiency considerations; (xii) approach to life cycle and warranties; and (xiii) approach to commissioning. (c) Prior to the 100% Design Development Submittals, the Parties will hold Design Workshops with respect to the following matters and any other Design Workshops required by Project Co or JBHCo, acting reasonably: (i) all items listed in Section 11.3(b) and all items listed in Sections 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 Appendix A of Schedule 10 – Review Procedure, as required; (ii) physical mock-ups for the JBH Design Team NHS user review, including inpatient one-bed room, typical examination room, emergency services treatment area, outpatient chemotherapy stretcher bed space and user review - rooms to be mocked-up as per Appendix A of Schedule 10 – Review Procedureoutpatient dialysis treatment station; (iiiii) room and millwork/modular casework interior elevations; (iviii) door/hardware/security functionality; (iv) Utilities and proposed Plant; (v) In-Contract Equipment coordination; (vi) audiointerior and exterior materials/visual systems and integrationfinishes; and (vii) sustainability considerations Plant layouts and LEED requirementsfunctionality. (d) Prior to the 50% and 100% Construction Documents Submittals, the Parties will hold Design Workshops with respect to the following matters and any other Design Workshops required by Project Co or JBHCo, acting reasonably: (i) millwork details; (ii) ceiling details;; and (iii) Equipment, Existing Equipment and JBH Separate Equipment coordination details;. (ive) signage The purpose of the Design Workshops is to facilitate the incorporation of NHS input, involvement and wayfinding; (v) detailed engineering system solutions; (vi) energy efficiency considerations; (vii) approach feedback into the Design Data prior to life cycle and warranties; and (viii) approach to commissioningsubmission of such Design Data in accordance with Schedule 10 - Review Procedure.

Specific attention will be made to Section 1.3.1, Item 3.5 of Schedule 15 – Output Specifications, prior to the submission of the Design Development Submittals; (v) four dedicated Design Workshops shall be held to engage and incorporate feedback from Contracting Authority’s Indigenous Advisory Group prior to the submission of the Design Development Submittals, including two Design Workshops held prior to the [REDACTED]% Design Development Submittal and two Design Workshops held prior to the [REDACTED]% Design Development Submittal; (vi) the Parties shall cooperate to develop a reasonable schedule for the Design Workshops respecting user availability issues inherent in an operating children’s treatment facility and the scheduling parameters set out in Section 11.3(a)(iii), and shall incorporate such schedule into the Baseline Works Schedule; (iiivii) each Contracting Authority clinical user group shall require a minimum 2 rounds of meetings prior to the [REDACTED]% Design Development Submittal; a minimum of 3 meetings between [REDACTED]% and [REDACTED]% Design Development Submittal, and a minimum of 2 meetings between [REDACTED]% Design Development Submittal and [REDACTED]% Construction Document Submittal. In order to validate the space fit to the Output Specifications, Project Co shall conduct at least one Design Workshop per round leading to [REDACTED]% Design Development for every clinical user group which shall incorporate user engagement means including low fidelity mock-ups for selected spaces as determined by Contracting Authority (examples include but are not limited to tape on floor, rapid prototyping with cardboard, table top exercises, VR walkthroughs,). Project Co shall incorporate the following objectives in the Design Workshops through assessment of anticipated workflow/use scenarios through assessment to: (A) ensure spaces are designed to promote efficient and effective workflows and service delivery (B) facilitate children, youth and family’s ability to access and participate in healthcare, and (C) facilitate providers and staff ability to deliver services and care. Project Co shall include a minimum of 15 rooms or spaces in the low fidelity mock ups. (viii) Project Co shall coordinate in advance the schedule for the workshops and space requirements with CHEO in order to secure required space to carry these workshops. (A) there shall be a minimum of ten (10) Business Days between Design Workshops involving the same Contracting Authority clinical user group unless otherwise agreed to by Contracting Authority; (B) no more than four (4) Contracting Authority clinical user groups shall meet with Project Co in any given week; clinical user groups shall be planned for the following at a minimum: (I) Development & Rehabilitation; (II) Autism; (III) CHEO School & Preschool; (IV) CAC, Seating & Mobility & Technology; (V) Outpatient Mental Health; (VI) CYP & Advocacy; (VII) Staff, Medical Staff Workspaces; (VIII) Diagnostic & Medical; (IX) Meeting & Education; (X) Facilities; and, (XI) Front Entry, Community & Family Services; (C) Intake services technical user groups shall be planned for the following at a minimum: (I) Parking Garage Works/transportation; (II) Site planning/landscape/utilities/services; (III) Building envelope and sustainability; (IV) Electrical/mechanical/ door hardware; (V) ICAT/security/fire; (VI) Wayfinding & Signage / accessibility; and, (VII) Interior design; (D) there shall be no more than one (1) meeting involving the same Contracting Authority user groups in the same week unless otherwise agreed to by Contracting Authority in its sole discretion; (E) the above criteria are for planning purposes only. Actual user group availability shall be determined by Contracting Authority post Financial Close; and, (F) materials used during a Design Workshop shall take into account the users understanding of the graphical symbols used and materials shall be presented in a way to support understanding by non-technical, non- designers, including images of people and mobility devices in drawings to help users (i.e., staff, medical staff, children, youth, families) envision scale and function. Drawing elements and scales shall be explained in terms easily understood by non-designers; (ix) Project Co shall circulate to the JBH Contracting Authority Representative an agenda for each of the Design Workshops no later than 10 Business Days prior to the relevant Design Workshop; (ivx) in advance of a Design Workshop, Project Co may submit to Contracting Authority Design Team for comment any interim drafts of any designs or plans required under this Project Agreement, which submissions shall be used to inform Contracting Authority on the development of the Facility design and provide an opportunity for dialog on compliance with the requirements of the Project Agreement. If a Proposal Part corresponds to the interim submissions, then Project Co shall ensure that the interim submissions are substantially the same content and level of detail as the corresponding Proposal Part. For greater certainty, (A) interim submissions shall be informal and shall not be reviewed in accordance with Schedule 10— Review Procedure; and (B) the requirements for Project Co to submit interim submissions that are substantially the same content and level of detail as the corresponding Proposal Part, shall not, (I) lessen, reduce or otherwise modify or amend Contracting Authority’s rights under the Project Agreement to review any Design Development Submittals in accordance with Schedule 10 – Review Procedure; or (II) constitute acceptance by Contracting Authority of the corresponding Proposal Part or any Design Development Submittal in accordance with Schedule 10 - Review Procedure. (b) Prior to the 50% [REDACTED]% Design Development Submittals, the Parties will hold Design Workshops with respect to the following matters and any other Design Workshops required by Project Co or JBHContracting Authority, acting reasonably: (i) Parking Garage Works development; (ii) Site planning; (iii) design elements per Section 1.3.1, Item 3.4 of Schedule 15 – Output Specifications with attention to the incorporation of Contracting Authority’s Child and Youth Advisory Group feedback; (iv) design elements per Section 1.3.1, Item 3.5 of Schedule 15 – Output Specifications with attention to the incorporation of feedback from Contracting Authority’s Family Advisory Committee, staff and medical staff; (v) design elements per Section 1.3.1, Item 3.6 of Schedule 15 – Output Specifications with attention to incorporation of feedback from Contracting Authority’s Indigenous Advisory Group; (vi) departmental layouts; (iivii) cross-functional issues related to: (A) vertical/horizontal circulation diagrams; (B) elevator configuration; and, (C) materials management strategy; (iiiviii) envelope systems including: (A) exterior elevations, including materials, finishes and colours; and (B) Roofing roofing systems; (ivix) foundation systems including mitigating approach to the water table and methane gas; (vx) room layouts; (vixi) millwork/modular systems furniture; (viixii) Equipment, Existing Not-In-Contract Equipment and JBH Separate Existing Equipment, including coordination and other details; (viiixiii) information/communications strategyand technology strategy and design; (ixxiv) interior colour/material presentation; (xxv) mechanical and electrical systems, including plant layouts and functionality, and including integration of mechanical and electrical systems into Existing Facilities; (xixvi) systems integration strategy and design; (xvii) energy efficiency considerationsconsiderations including LEED workshops; (xiixviii) approach to life cycle and warranties; (xix) approach to commissioning; (xx) life safety report; and (xiiixxi) approach planning for infection prevention and control strategies related to commissioningclient, staff and materials flow and responses to pandemic conditions. (c) Prior to the 100% [REDACTED]% Design Development Submittals, the Parties will hold Design Workshops with respect to the following matters and any other Design Workshops required by Project Co or JBHContracting Authority, acting reasonably: (i) all items listed in Section 11.3(b) and all items listed in Sections 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 Appendix A of Schedule 10 – Review Procedure, as required; (ii) physical mock-ups for the JBH Contracting Authority Design Team and user review - rooms to be mocked-up as per Appendix A of Schedule 10 – Review Procedure; (iii) room and millwork/modular casework interior elevations; (iv) door/hardware/security functionality, including normal operations, power failures, as well as emergency situations; (v) Not-In-Contract Equipment coordination; (vi) audio/visual systems and integration; and (vii) sustainability considerations and LEED requirements. (d) Prior to the 50% [REDACTED]% and 100% [REDACTED]% Construction Documents Submittals, the Parties will hold Design Workshops with respect to the following matters and any other Design Workshops required by Project Co or JBHContracting Authority, acting reasonably: (i) millwork details and clinical modular casework details; (ii) ceiling details; (iii) Equipment, Existing Not-In-Contract Equipment and JBH Separate Existing Equipment coordination details; (iv) information/communications and technology strategy and design; (v) systems integration strategy and design; (vi) signage and wayfinding; (vvii) detailed engineering solutions including emergency power, fire alarm and security system solutionsintegration, fire protection and smoke evacuation; (viviii) energy efficiency considerations; (viiix) approach to life cycle and warranties; and (viiix) approach to commissioning. (e) The purpose of the Design Workshops is to facilitate the incorporation of the Contracting Authority Design Team and user input, involvement and feedback into the Design Data prior to submission of such Design Data in accordance with Schedule 10 - Review Procedure.

Design Workshops. (a) In order to obtain user input in the preparation of, and prior to submitting, the Design Development Submittals and the Construction Document Submittals, the Parties will hold user group design workshops (the “Design Workshops”) upon the following terms: (i) the Project Co Representative shall arrange the Design Workshops in consultation with the JBH SMH Representative; (ii) the Parties shall cooperate to develop a reasonable schedule for the Design Workshops and shall incorporate such schedule into the Works Schedule; (iii) Project Co shall circulate to the JBH SMH Representative an agenda for each of the Design Workshops no later than 10 Business Days prior to the relevant Design Workshop; (iv) the Design Workshops shall be held in person, except where otherwise agreed by the Parties, acting reasonably; (v) Project Co shall maintain minutes of the Design Workshops, including possible design solutions and changes in design, and, within two Business Days after each Design Workshop, Project Co shall provide to the JBH SMH Representative a copy of the minutes, together with a copy of any notes, comments, sketches, drawings, tracings, lay-outs, plans or diagrams prepared at the Design Workshop; (vi) JBH SMH and Project Co agree that the subject matter of the Design Workshops shall not be regarded as Submittals to which Schedule 10 - Review Procedure applies, and that JBH SMH shall not be bound by the input provided in connection with the Design Workshops; (vii) Project Co shall submit to JBH SMH the Design Development Submittals or the Construction Document Submittals, as applicable, for review pursuant to Schedule 10 - Review Procedure; and (viii) the Parties agree that, with respect to the Design Development Submittals and the Construction Document Submittals, the period for review shall be 15 Business Days as rather than the 10 Business Days prescribed in Section 2.2 of Schedule 10 - Review Procedure. (b) Prior to the 50% and 75% Design Development Submittals, the Parties will hold Design Workshops with respect to the following matters and any other Design Workshops required by Project Co or JBHCo, acting reasonably: (i) departmental layouts; (ii) cross-functional issues related to: (A) vertical/horizontal circulation diagrams; (B) elevator configuration; and (C) materials management strategy; (iii) envelope systems including: (A) exterior elevations, including materials, finishes and colours; and (B) Roofing systems; (iv) foundation systems including mitigating approach to the water table and methane gas; (v) room layouts; (viv) millwork/modular systems furniture; (viivi) Equipment, Existing Equipment and JBH Separate Equipment, including coordination and other details; (viiivii) information/communications strategy; (ixviii) interior colour/material presentation; (xix) mechanical and electrical systems, including plant layouts and functionality, and including integration of mechanical and electrical systems into Existing Facilities; (xi) energy efficiency considerations; (xii) approach to life cycle and warranties; and (xiiix) approach to commissioningfacilities management, lifecycle and energy efficiency considerations. (c) Prior to the 100% Design Development Submittals, the Parties will hold Design Workshops with respect to the following matters and any other Design Workshops required by Project Co or JBHCo, acting reasonably: (i) all items listed in Section 11.3(b) and all items listed in Sections 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 Appendix A of Schedule 10 – Review Procedure, as required; (ii) physical mock-ups for the JBH SMH Design Team and user review - rooms to be mocked-up as per Appendix A of Schedule 10 – Review Procedure; (iii) room and millwork/modular casework interior elevations; (iv) door/hardware/security functionality; (v) In-Contract Equipment coordination; (vi) audio/visual systems and integration; and (vii) sustainability considerations and LEED requirements. (d) Prior to the 50% and 100% Construction Documents Submittals, the Parties will hold Design Workshops with respect to the following matters and any other Design Workshops required by Project Co or JBHCo, acting reasonably: (i) millwork details; (ii) ceiling details; (iii) Equipment, Existing Equipment and JBH Separate Equipment coordination details; (iv) signage and wayfinding; (v) detailed engineering system solutions;; and (vi) facilities management, lifecycle and energy efficiency considerations;. (viie) approach The purpose of the Design Workshops is to life cycle facilitate the incorporation of the SMH Design Team and warranties; and (viii) approach user input, involvement and feedback into the Design Data prior to commissioningsubmission of such Design Data in accordance with Schedule 10 - Review Procedure.
