Common use of Designated Representatives of the Board Clause in Contracts

Designated Representatives of the Board. The “designated representative of the Board” shall mean the principal in each school building, except that if the grievance arises in more than one school building “the designated representative of the Board” shall mean the Director of Human Resources in charge of personnel. The Board may change the designated representative by giving ten (10) days prior written notice to the President and designated representative of the Association. Such change shall not affect any grievance in process.
