Common use of Designation of a Scheduling Coordinator Clause in Contracts

Designation of a Scheduling Coordinator. To designate a Scheduling Coordinator, the Supplier must provide the Company with a completed Scheduling Coordinator Designation Form, appended hereto as Appendix A, fully executed by both the Supplier and the Scheduling Coordinator. The Scheduling Coordinator Designation Form is not intended to supplement or replace any agency contract between the Supplier and a Scheduling Coordinator. Such designation shall take effect when accepted by the Company and PJM.
