Program Coordinator. University shall designate a faculty member to coordinate with Facility’s designee in planning the Program to be provided to students.
Program Coordinator. District shall designate one Program Coordinator who is responsible for coordinating the District’s participation in the Program, including payment of the Participation Fee and coordination of Program activities. The Program Coordinator may be a teacher or administrator otherwise attending the Program. The Program Coordinator shall be responsible for communicating with the Shady Creek Director or designee to ensure that all requirements of this Agreement have been fulfilled prior to the arrival of the District at Shady Creek.

The Program Coordinator or a designated representative shall meet with the Program Supervisor to discuss problems as they occur.

May view all program data available through the R3 system and enter or change program data with the exception of the program’s quota and the SOAP participation status if authorized by the program; 6. May enter rank order lists and SOAP preference lists into the R3 system if authorized by the program; and 7. Is prohibited from certifying rank order lists and SOAP preference lists in the R3 system.

Program Coordinator. The University will appoint one (1) faculty member to serve as the educational coordinator for the Program (the “Coordinator”). The coordinator will be responsible for the overall management of each Intern’s educational experience while participating in the Program.

Program Coordinator. (a) The Program Coordinator will be appointed by the Superintendent. He/she will be responsible for reviewing all ODE requirements and informing the committee. The committee will make adjustments to the program as needed to comply with ODE requirements. (b) Compile a current list of Mentors and Resident Educators Years 1-4 and forward to the Resident Educator Planning Committee, MTA President, Superintendent, and Director of Human Resources as soon as the assignments are completed. This list shall be updated as necessary throughout the school year. (c) Enter all Resident Educator into CORE on the ODE website and certify the successful completion of each resident educator. (d) Meet with Mentor and/or Resident Educators to resolve any conflict. If necessary, reassign a new Mentor. Compensation would be prorated for past and new mentor. (e) Schedule all Resident Educator meetings and send notice of each meeting to all affected members. (f) Schedule a meeting with the Resident Educator Planning Committee when deemed necessary. (g) Keep up to date with ODE requirements.
Program Coordinator. Program Coordinator is a voluntary position held by full-time faculty at the request of the Chairperson. Program Coordinators provide academic leadership and support for departments and department Chairpersons. While Program Coordinators have no administrative authority over other full-time or adjunct faculty, their assistance is important, and in some programs even required, for maintaining quality programs. The range of Program Coordinator reassigned hours are from one (1) to eight (8) hours per semester, based upon the Chairperson’s determination of operational need. The following roles delineate a range of possible Program Coordinator functions that a Chairperson may identify as needed for the department: 1. Adjunct Faculty a. Coordinate meetings and communications. b. Assist in the development of staffing plans. c. Recommend new adjunct faculty for hire and the continuation of adjunct faculty contracts. d. Assist in the completion of classroom/clinical observations of adjunct faculty. e. Conduct orientation/mentoring for new adjunct faculty. f. Review and assist adjunct faculty in the development of syllabi, exams, and course materials. 2. Off-Campus Educational Experiences (Clinical/Practicum/Internships/Placements) a. Coordinate student placements. b. Assist the Chairperson in monitoring contracts. c. Maintain communication with site liaisons and disseminate relevant information to the faculty.
