Common use of Designation of Negotiators Clause in Contracts

Designation of Negotiators. Prior to September 1 of each year, the Board and the Council shall each designate in writing, to the other, the name of the chairman of its negotiating team and not more than three other official representatives to serve on its negotiating team. Notwithstanding the above requirement, the Board and the Council shall retain the right to replace the chairman or members of their teams at their individual discretion.
