DESIGNATION OF RESPONDING AGENCY’S SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL. Responding Agency shall designate a representative who shall serve as the person in charge of coordinating the initial work assigned to the Responding Agency’s employees by the Requesting Agency. The Requesting Agency shall direct and coordinate the work being assigned to the Responding Agency(s) and the Requesting Agency’s employees. All actions shall be consistent with and in accordance with the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and the IPWMAN Operational Plan.
