Detailed EMR Record Edits. AT&T will perform detailed record edits on the unrated and rated messages upon receipt from GTE. Messages that fail these edits may be returned to GTE.
Detailed EMR Record Edits. CLEC will perform detailed record edits on the unrated and rated messages upon receipt from NEVADA. Messages that fail these edits may be returned to NEVADA with mutually agreed upon standard EMR return codes designated. If an excessive number of the records contain errors, CLEC may request re-transmission of data and NEVADA shall correct and re-transmit accurate data.

  • Books and Records Reports (a) The Trustees shall keep a certified copy or duplicate original of this Trust Agreement on file at the office of the Trust and the office of the Administrator available for inspection at all reasonable times during its usual business hours by any Holder. The Trustees shall keep proper books of record and account for all the transactions under this Trust Agreement at the office of the Trust and the office of the Administrator, and such books and records shall be open to inspection by any Holder at all reasonable times during usual business hours. The Trustees shall retain all books and records in compliance with Section 31 of the Investment Company Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

  • Review of Servicer’s Records The Servicer will maintain records and documents relating to its performance under this Agreement according to its customary business practices. On reasonable request not more than once during any year, the Servicer will give the Issuer, the Depositor, the Administrator, the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee (or their representatives) access to the records and documents to conduct a review of the Servicer’s performance under this Agreement. Any access or review will be conducted at the Servicer’s offices during its normal business hours at a time reasonably convenient to the Servicer and in a manner that will minimize disruption to its business operations. Any access or review will be subject to the Servicer’s confidentiality and privacy policies.
