DETAILS OF PERMITS. 2.1 The Developer / Owners have obtained permission from GHMC vide permit no. 1/C/05652/2021 dated 17.04.2021 for developing the Scheduled Land into a residential complex consisting of 345 flats with two basements, six upper floors along with common amenities like roads, drainage, electric power connection, clubhouse, landscaped areas, etc.
DETAILS OF PERMITS. 2.1 Permit for construction on the Scheduled Land admeasuring Ac. 6-18 gts., was granted by DTCP and Miryalaguda Municipality in file no. 2883/2016/H vide permit no. B.P. No. 111/2016/H. As per the said permit 91 villas are being developed on a portion of the Scheduled Land along with common amenities and utilities like roads, footpaths, electric power supply, water supply, children parks, tree plantation, sports facilities, etc.

DETAILS OF PERMITS. The Vendors has obtained permission from GHMC vide permit no. 1/C1/09930/2019 dated 27.06.2019 for developing the Scheduled Land into a residential complex consisting of 354 flats with two basements, six upper floors along with common amenities like roads, drainage, electric power connection, clubhouse, landscaped areas, etc. Application for building permit was made for 354 flats consisting of 2 basements and 6 upper floors. Payment of fees and charges was made for 354 flats. However, for want of revised environment NOC, GHMC has recommended releasing of building permit for 2 basements and 5 upper floors consisting of 295 flats and the same has been released. The permit for the balance 59 flats shall be released by GHMC on submission of revised environment NOC. Application for permit of 59 flats has already been made. As per building permit order, other correspondence and documentation with GHMC and other departments the proposed development of flats in the 6 upper floors (excluding the parking floors in the basement) has been referred to as ground floor , first floor, second floor and so on. However, in the documentation between the Vendor and the Purchaser (including in the registered JDA) the flats on each floor have been labeled as A101, A201, A301 and so on till A601, signifying block number, floor number and flat number. For the purpose of this agreement 6 floors have been numbered as first floor, second floor till sixth floor. The usage of the term ‘ground floor’ has been avoided. An example for flat no. 5 in block A is given under.
