Common Amenities definition

Common Amenities means amenities such as banks, ATM, post offices, business centers, canteen, dispensary, dormitory, hostels, telecom facilities, warehouse, training and testing centers and any other amenities which are made available in the Park for the common use / benefit of the allottees.
Common Amenities means common areas of the Community Center that serve the Aquatics Facility or Library Branch as well as the City’s other facilities, based on the 100% design of the Community Center.

Common Amenities means amenities like banks, post offices, business centres, canteen, telecom facilities, internet facilities, warehousing facilities, training centres and the like intended to be used by all allottees/Lessees.
Common Amenities means those facilities, common areas, and services in the Building and/or Property available for use by, or supplied to the tenants on a non-exclusive basis and include interalia lifts, air-conditioning, security services, common areas, visitor’s parking and such like;
Common Amenities means the common areas and other amenities at the Resort as contemplated in the Declaration which any purchaser of a Timeshare Interval shall be entitled to use pursuant to the Declaration. "Common Amenities" shall include the amenities offered in the Amenity Building. COMPENSATION -- as defined in Section 3.1(g) of this Agreement.

Common Amenities. The Village @ North Pointe offers a Club House that has a Fitness Room, Game Area, Theater, Indoor Pool and Hot Tub for Guest use subject to the rules and hours determined by the HOA. Common hours for these facilities are 10:00AM to 10:00PM, however, these hours are determined by the HOA and subject to change without notice. All Guests must abide by the rules and may be asked to leave for unacceptable behavior. Any damage to common areas caused by Guest is responsibility of guest, and charges will be assessed according to HOA Guidelines. Children under age 16 must be supervised in this facility at all timesno exceptions. The HOA is responsible for maintenance and upkeep on the common areas. Any problems or concerns with these areas can be directed to BPVR, but BPVR cannot be held responsible, and will issue no refunds, in the rare event of a breakdown of common area equipment or facilities.
