Common use of Details of Policies Clause in Contracts

Details of Policies. In respect of the insurance policies referred to in Paragraph 9.1 of this Schedule 4: 9.2.1 all premiums and any related insurance premium taxes have been duly paid to date; 9.2.2 all the policies are in full force and effect; 9.2.3 no act, omission, misrepresentation or non-disclosure by or on behalf of the Company has occurred which makes any of these policies void, voidable or unenforceable; 9.2.4 no circumstances have arisen which would render any of the policies void or unenforceable for illegality or otherwise; 9.2.5 there has been no breach of the terms, conditions and warranties of any of the policies that would entitle insurers to decline to pay all or any part of any claim made under the policies or to terminate any policy; 9.2.6 there are no special or unusual limits, terms, exclusions or restrictions in any of the policies that are outside the customs and practices of companies conducting operations similar to the Company; and 9.2.7 the premiums payable are not in excess of the customary rates and no circumstances exist which, to the knowledge of the Sellers, are likely to give rise to any increase in premiums.
