Political Donations. The Shareholders shall cause the Companies to cause the Chilean Bank to make political donations to donees to be proposed and agreed by the Shareholders and consistent with past practice in the four fiscal years prior to the date in which the donation is made subject to there being no obligation for such donations to exceed the amount set forth on Schedule 2.4 in any fiscal year.
Political Donations. The law requires that persons who have a financial interest in, or have made a submission in relation to a Development application or a planning instrument, must disclose certain information about political donations and other gifts. This is a mandatory requirement if a donation or gift has been made to a Councillor or council employee within the previous two years of the application or submission.
Political Donations. You are prohibited from making any contribution to political candidates on behalf of the Company, without the approval of the Board of Directors. You also may not make any contributions of anything of value in connection with any federal, state or local candidate’s election without the approval of the Board of Directors. The Company makes, and discloses fully, contributions in state and local elections for the purpose of supporting ballot propositions that are in the interests of the Company and its several constituencies. Any proposal for political contributions on behalf of the Company or a group of Company employees should be referred for approval to a majority of disinterested members of the Governance & Compliance Committee of the Board.
Political Donations. 8.1 The Company does not make political donations and the Company is not affiliated with any political party, independent candidate, or with any other organisation whose activities are primarily political.

No Sensor-Nite Group Company has made any donation to any registered political party or to any other political organisation nor incurred any political expenditure during the accounting reference period ending on the Accounts Date or since, and there is no outstanding commitment to do so.

Neither Group Company has made any donation to any registered political party in Scotland or the United Kingdom or to any other United States of America or EU political organisation or incurred any United Kingdom, United States of America or EU political expenditure since the Accounts Date or in the twelve (12) Months preceding the Accounts Date and is not under any commitment to do so.

The Acquired Group has not made any political donation to any political party or to any other political organization or to any independent election candidate, nor has it incurred any political expenditure, in any such case either since the Half-Yearly Report Date or in the year preceding the Half-Yearly Report Date and it is not under any commitment to do so.
Political Donations. Xxxxxx Xxxxx opposes proposals asking for permission to make political donations.
Political Donations. All political contributions made on Talisman's behalf must be authorized by Talisman's Chief Executive Officer in accordance with the Company's established guidelines.
