Detection of Prohibited Uses. Licensee is responsible for taking reasonable measures to prevent prohibited uses and to promptly notify Licensor of any infringements of copyright or prohibited use of which Licensee becomes aware. Licensee will cooperate with Licensor in investigating any such prohibited uses and will take reasonable steps to ensure the cessation of such activity and to prevent any reoccurrence. If Licensor identifies any unauthorized use of the Licensed Materials in breach of this Agreement, Licensor has the right to immediately suspend access under this Agreement for the offending IP Address until the breach is corrected. Licensor and Licensee agree that they will work together to correct the breach as soon as possible so that access can be restored.

  • Protection from Unauthorized Use Licensee shall secure that Participating Institutions will use reasonable efforts to restrict access to the Licensed Materials to Authorized Users.

  • Prohibition on Unauthorized Use or Disclosure The Business Associate will neither use nor disclose the Covered Entity’s Protected Health Information, except as permitted or required by this Addendum or in writing by the Covered Entity or as Required by Law. This Agreement does not authorize the Business Associate to use or disclose the Covered Entity’s Protected Health Information in a manner that will violate Subpart E of 45 CFR Part 164 if done by the Covered Entity.

  • Smoking Prohibited As a public school, the School shall prohibit the use of tobacco at its school or at School functions.
