Determination of Salary Increase. 1. It is the responsibility of the principal to ensure that the teacher understands what constitutes an acceptable level of performance and to advise a teacher when work is below this level. Such advice will be in writing. The teacher shall be made aware of deficiencies by February 1, in order that the teacher may have an opportunity to raise performance to an acceptable level. 2. If a principal, on or before March 15, determines that the quality of the teacher's service does not justify a salary increase and the Superintendent concurs with this report, a salary increase will be denied.

  • Additional Compensation Notwithstanding anything in this Memorandum of Understanding to the contrary when in the judgment of the Board, it becomes necessary or desirable to utilize the services of County employees in capacities other than those for which they are regularly employed, the Board may authorize and, if appropriate, fix an additional rate of compensation for such employees.

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director - Marketing Services, Associate Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2024 and terminating on June 30, 2025.   • Voluntary Increase The Company from time to time may increase the Conversion Rate by any amount for any period of time. Whenever the Conversion Rate is increased, the Company shall mail to Securityholders and file with the Trustee and the Conversion Agent a notice of the increase. The Company shall mail the notice at least 15 days before the date the increased Conversion Rate takes effect. The notice shall state the increased Conversion Rate and the period it will be in effect.
