Determination of the Maturity Payment Amount. The Calculation Agent shall determine the amount payable at Stated Maturity for each $1,000 principal amount of Securities (the "Maturity Payment Amount"). The Maturity Payment Amount shall equal the greater of (a) $1,000 and (b) the Alternative Redemption Amount.
Determination of the Maturity Payment Amount. The Calculation Agent shall, at the request of the Trustee, determine the amount payable on the Stated Maturity Date for each $1,000 principal amount of Securities (the "Maturity Payment Amount"). The Maturity Payment Amount shall be the following: o If the Final Index Return is not negative, $1,000 + ($1,000 x the Upside Participation Rate x the Final Index Return). o If the Final Index Return is negative and the Final Index Level is equal to or greater than the Threshold Level, $1,000 + ($1,000 x the absolute value of the Final Index Return). o If the Final Index Return is negative and the Final Index Level is less than the Threshold Level, $1,000 + ($1,000 x the Final Index Return).
Determination of the Maturity Payment Amount. The Calculation Agent shall determine the amount payable on the Stated Maturity Date for each $1,000 principal amount of Securities (the "Maturity Payment Amount"). The Maturity Payment Amount shall equal the sum of the Adjusted Values of each Underlying Equity Security. In the event that the Calculation Agent makes an Ending Price Adjustment due to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event, the payment by the Company of the Maturity Payment Amount will be postponed until the date three Business Days after the date of determination of any such Ending Price Adjustment.

Determination of the Maturity Payment Amount. The Calculation Agent shall determine the Level of the Underlying Basket on each Calculation Date, the Average Level of the Underlying Basket and the Maturity Payment Amount payable for each Security. The amount payable at Stated Maturity for each $1,000 principal amount of Securities (the "MATURITY PAYMENT AMOUNT") shall equal the greater of (a) $1,000 and (b) the Alternative Redemption Amount.
Determination of the Maturity Payment Amount. The Calculation Agent shall determine the amount payable at Stated Maturity for each $1,000 principal amount of Securities (the "Maturity Payment Amount"). The Maturity Payment Amount shall be the following: If the Ending Index Level of the Index on the Final Valuation Date is greater than or equal to 105% of 1,464.22, $1,310. If the Ending Index Level of the Index on the Final Valuation Date is less than 105% of 1,464.22, the lesser of:
(a) $1,000; and Ending Index Level (b) $1,000 x (------------------ + 0.20) 1,464.22
Determination of the Maturity Payment Amount. The Calculation Agent shall determine (i) the Average Closing Index Level, (ii) the Equity Bonus and (iii) the amount payable at Stated Maturity for each $1,000 principal amount of Securities (the "Maturity Payment Amount"). The Maturity Payment Amount shall equal the sum of (a) $1,100 and (b) the Equity Bonus.

The Calculation Agent shall, at the request of the Trustee, determine the amount payable on the Stated Maturity Date for each $1,000 principal amount of Securities (the "Maturity Payment Amount"). The Maturity Payment Amount shall be the following: o If the Final USD Index Level is greater than or equal to the Initial USD Index Level, the sum of:
(1) $1,000, and Upside Final USD Initial USD (2) $1,000 x Participation x Index Level - Index Level Rate --------------------------------- Initial USD Index Level o If the Final USD Index Level is less than the Initial USD Index Level and the Closing USD Index Level is at or above the Threshold Level on all Exchange Business Days during the Measurement Period, $1,000. o If the Final USD Index Level is less than the Initial USD Index Level and the Closing USD Index Level has fallen below the Threshold Level on any Exchange Business Day during the Measurement Period, the product of:
(1) $1,000, and
(2) Final USD Index Level ----------------------- Initial USD Index Level
Determination of the Maturity Payment Amount. The Calculation Agent shall determine the Ending Index Level and the Maturity Payment Amount payable for each Security. The amount payable at Stated Maturity for each $1,000 principal amount of Securities (the "Maturity Payment Amount") shall be the following: If the Ending Index Level of the 10 Uncommon Values Index is greater than or equal to 100 (the index level of the 10 Uncommon Values Index on June 28, 2001), the lesser of:
(1) $1,420; and
(2) $1,000 x ENDING INDEX LEVEL ------------------ 100 If the Ending Index Level of the 10 Uncommon Values Index is less than 100, the lesser of:
(1) $1,000; and
(2) $1,000 x ENDING INDEX LEVEL ------------------ 75
Determination of the Maturity Payment Amount. The Calculation Agent shall determine the amount payable on the Stated Maturity Date for each $1,000 principal amount of Securities (the "Maturity Payment Amount") and the amount payable upon a Redemption of each $1,000 principal amount of Securities (the "Redemption Payment Amount"). The Maturity Payment Amount shall equal (i) the Closing Level of the Basket and (ii) any accrued but unpaid interest through the Stated Maturity Date. In the event that the Calculation Agent makes a Closing Price Adjustment due to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event, the payment by the Company of the Maturity Payment Amount will be postponed until the date three Business Days after the date of determination of any such Closing Price Adjustment. The Redemption Payment Amount shall equal (i) the Redemption Price and (ii) any accrued but unpaid interest through the Redemption Date.
