Develop Training Program. As directed by the TCEQ and Project Team, TWRI will modify existing training programs, such as the EPA Watershed Training Materials and those found as a result of subtask 2.1, to fit the needs of Texas professionals. The following actions have been completed during this reporting period: a. The Short Course agenda is nearing completion and is expected to be finalized in December. During this quarter, the course agenda has gone through at least 3 iterations. The most current agenda is attached. It follows the step-by-step process of developing WPPs as outlined in EPA’s Handbook for Developing Watershed Plans to Restore and Protect Our Waters.
