DEVELOPER PROJECT AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT; DEPARTMENT OVERSIGHT AND OTHER SERVICES. Section 10.01 Project and Quality Management‌ The Developer will provide oversight and management of the Project to control the scope, quality, cost, and on-time delivery of the Work. If the Developer is required to rectify any Non-Conforming Work in accordance with Section 8.11(b), the parties will review the Quality Management System Plan to assess and determine whether changes, including increased management and oversight efforts by the Developer, to such plan are necessary to prevent such further Non-Conforming Work.
