Management and Oversight. Green mug studio reserves the right to monitor the Website for violations of these Terms of Use and to take appropriate legal action in response to a violation of the Terms of Use or any applicable law, statute or regulation. Green mug studio further reserves the right to restrict or deny access to the Website or disable the Client’s use of the Website. Such decision shall be in the sole discretion of Green mug studio, without notice or liability to Client. All decisions regarding the management of the Website shall be at the sole discretion of Green mug studio and shall be designed to protect Green mug studio’s rights and property.

Management and Oversight. StarTask Design reserves the right to monitor the Website for violations of these Terms of Use and to take appropriate legal action in response to a violation of the Terms of Use or any applicable law, statute or regulation. Management and Oversight. The Awardee will ensure full commitment and cooperation among the governing structure elements and all project staff during ongoing NSF project management and oversight activities. At the site visit or during an audit, the Awardee will ensure availability of and timely access to all project documentation. As a minimum requirement, the Center Director will meet annually at NSF with the NSF ERC Program Officer assigned to the ERC for oversight to discuss progress and other issues. The timing of the visit is to be determined by mutual agreement between the Center Director and ERC Program Officer.

  • Management and Operations 15.1 The Operator shall prepare an annual work programme and budget for each Calendar Year during the term of this Agreement. Each such work programme and budget shall set out in reasonable details, the work to be carried out, facilities to be purchased or created, training and employment programme, establishment, salaries and wages, social welfare schemes to be undertaken, and an estimate of the Expenditure to be incurred. The architect for the Project is (N/A to this project) (“Architect”), and the Project Manager on the Project is Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, (“Project Manager”)

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.
