Developer Web Portal. Customer and its Developers will be provided access to the Developer Web Portal. Customer understands and agrees to any access and use of Developer Web Portal, including the developer community, content and information regarding the Software shall be subject to, in addition to the terms of this Agreement, the Website Terms of Use. By assenting to the terms of this Agreement, Customer, on behalf of itself, its Affiliates and their respective Developers agrees to such terms.

Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.
