DEVELOPER's Operations and Maintenance Responsibility. (a) The DEVELOPER will provide for the operation and maintenance of all IMPROVEMENTS located in the DEVELOPMENT including, but not limited to, the maintenance of sidewalks, walkways, and any other form of pedestrian passage through the DEVELOPMENT.
