Developer’s Supervision. The Developer shall keep on the work site during its progress, a competent supervisor who shall represent the Developer during the Developer’s absence, and to whom instructions may be given as though to the Developer. The supervisor shall be familiar with the Plans and Specifications and shall promptly report to Firgrove any error, inconsistency, or omission which the supervisor may discover.
