Development and Adoption of Material. Member shall reasonably cooperate with WS-I and the Membership to develop Material for the purpose of creating materials that can be widely used to ensure interoperability of web services. Member is not required to make or to offer any Contribution, nor is Member guaranteed that its Contribution will be incorporated into any Material. Material will be developed by the Working Groups using the procedure specified in the Operating Procedures.

Development and Adoption of Material. 4.1 Establishment of Working Groups. The Steering Committee shall establish Working Groups for the development of Material. Each Member may participate in any Working Group through one or more Member Representatives. Regardless of how many Member Representatives are participating in a Working Group, no Member shall have more than one vote in any Working Group decision. The Steering Committee may terminate a Working Group, either before or after the requested Material is developed. In order to participate in or make a Contribution to a Working Group, each Member Representative must register for the Working Group. No participation in, or Contribution to a Working Group will be permitted unless the Member Representative is registered with the Working Group Chair.

The Executive understands and acknowledges that as a result of these efforts, the Company has created, and continues to use and create Confidential Information.   • No Improper Use of Materials During his or her employment with the Company, Employee will not improperly use or disclose any Confidential Information or trade secrets, if any, of any former employer or any other person to whom Employee has an obligation of confidentiality, and Employee will not bring onto the premises of the Company any unpublished documents or any property belonging to any former employer or any other person to whom Employee has an obligation of confidentiality unless consented to in writing by that former employer or person.

  • Ownership and Publication of Materials All reports, information, data, and other materials prepared by the Consultant pursuant to this agreement are the property of the City. The City has the exclusive and unrestricted authority to release, publish or otherwise use, in whole or part, information relating thereto. Any re-use without written verification or adaptation by the Consultant for the specific purpose intended will be at the City’s sole risk and without liability or legal exposure to the Consultant.   • Use of Materials There should be no limitations or restrictions by Union upon a Contractor's choice of materials or design, nor, regardless of source or location, upon the full use and utilization, of equipment, machinery, packaging, precast, prefabricated, prefinished, or preassembled materials, tools or other labor saving devices, subject to the application of the California Public Contract and Labor Codes. Generally, the onsite installation or application of such items shall be performed by the craft having jurisdiction over such work.

  • Separation of Components The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

  • Return of Material Upon the termination of the Executive's employment under this Agreement, the Executive will promptly return to the Company all copies of information protected by Paragraph 11(a) hereof which are in his possession, custody or control, whether prepared by him or others, and the Executive agrees that he shall not retain any of same.
