Requested Material definition

Requested Material means <carefully describe the specific material being requested>.
Requested Material means the specific Material that the Recipient requests NSLHD to provide to it described in the request, and which NSLHD does supply under this Agreement. Research means the research for which the Material will be used as may be described in Details, or as approved by NSLHD from time to time.

Examples of Requested Material in a sentence

  • The Recipient must collect or arrange for the collection of the Requested Material from NSLHD at its own cost.

  • The parties have agreed that any supply of Requested Material will be for the Permitted Use in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • If the Requested Material includes Original Material owned by NSLHD, then NSLHD owns all Intellectual Property Rights in the Material comprising or derived from the Original Material.

  • Where Requested Material is sourced from any Other Organisation, the ownership of Intellectual Property Rights generated by use of the Other Organisation’s Requested Material is dealt with in accordance with another document outlining the agreement between NSLHD and the Other Organisation, such agreement to form part of, and be annexed to, this Agreement.

  • The Recipient has requested NSLHD supply the Requested Material for the Permitted Use.

  • The Recipient acknowledges that the Fees are an amount to recover the reasonable costs of the removal, evaluation, storage, processing and distribution of the Requested Material by or on behalf of NSLHD.

  • If the Requested Material includes Original Material owned by Other Organisations, then each of the Other Organisations own all Intellectual Property Rights in Material comprising or derived from the Original Material.

  • Subject to clause 2.2 and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, NSLHD will supply the Requested Material to the Recipient.


More Definitions of Requested Material

Requested Material means the most up-to-date publicly available price list for all designated equipment, technical data sheets with two dimensional representations of the equipment (plan, front, lateral, or DWG), technical information on connection points of equipment (electric, water, gas, drainage, etc.) and descriptions of the product in the languages requested by the Company.
Requested Material means the specific Material being transferred under this Agreement, as specified in the Details under “Requested Material”. Research means the research for which the Material will be used as may be described in Details, or as approved by NSWHP from time to time in writing. Research Results means data that is generated from the Material by a Recipient and Transferees through their effort and resources e.g. genomic, proteomic, metabolomic, imaging, immunohistochemistry and antibody data. Standard Terms and Conditions means the Standard Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
Requested Material means the specific Material that the Recipient requests the NSW Health Agency to provide to it described in the Material Request Form, and which the NSW Health Agency does supply under this Agreement. Research means the research for which the Material will be used as may be described in Details, or as approved by the NSW Health Agency from time to time. Research Premises means the premises at which the Research is to be conducted, specified Research Premises as may be described in the Details, the Material Request Form or HREC approval. Standard Terms and Conditions means the Standard Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. Unmodified Derivatives means substances which constitute an unmodified functional subunit or product expressed by the Original Material. Some examples include: unmodified portions thereof fixed as tissue sections or in arrays, and unmodified proteins, RNA, or DNA extracted from Original Material.

  • Redacted means a version/copy of the Offeror’s proposal with the information considered proprietary or confidential (as defined by §§57-3A-1 to 57-3A-7, NMSA 1978 and NMAC 1.4.1.45 and summarized herein and outlined in Section II.C.8 of this RFP) blacked-out BUT NOT omitted or removed.

  • requested Party means the Contracting Party requested to provide information; n) the term “information gathering measures” means laws and administrative or judicial procedures that enable a Contracting Party to obtain and provide the requested information;

  • Requester means a member of the public.

  • Waste Material means (1) any “hazardous substance” under Section 101(14) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(14); (2) any pollutant or contaminant under Section 101(33) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(33); (3) any “solid waste” under Section 1004(27) of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. § 6903(27); and (4) any “hazardous substance” under Wis. Stat. § 292.01.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.
