Common use of Development of Baseline Assessment Clause in Contracts

Development of Baseline Assessment. In order to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of this project, each University will conduct a baseline assessment of current environmental performance, based on representative data, within the first six (6) months of the effective date of the Final Rule with a report within nine (9) months. Baseline environmental performance will include: identification of hazardous chemicals of concern, measurement of laboratory waste reuse and redistribution and hazardous waste generation data from laboratories.
