Common use of Development of Criteria Clause in Contracts

Development of Criteria. Each department faculty must, in the Department Policy Statement, develop and make known to its members the department criteria for the application and relative importance of the University standards in the three areas of performance. Each academic unit, through its Department Policy Statement, must interpret and apply these criteria to the three University standards using the prevailing standards of the relevant field/discipline/profession.
