Development of township. 19.6.1 The Mine Developer and Operator shall, no later than the one year from the date of COD, construct and operate or cause to be constructed and operated, at its own cost and expense, a township comprising commercial and residential infrastructure specified in Clause 19.6.2 and 19.6.3and the facilities which shall also be available to TANGEDCO and its employees on a non-discriminatory basis and on the normal terms thereof.
