Development Period & Milestones i) The Developer/licensee shall construct minimum 30% of the maximum Built-up area available within three years from the date of Development Agreement.

Development Period & Milestones i. The Lessee shall secure all the required approvals permissions, NOC from the competent authority to commence the construction of Health Facility within 12 (twelve) months from date of issue of Notice of Allotment.
Development Period & Milestones i. The Lessee shall secure all the required approvals permissions, NOC from the competent authority within 6 months from the date of issue of notice of award. In case Lessee fails to obtain the permissions or approval in 6 months, the time for obtaining the approvals may be extended for another term of 6 months without any penal charges at the sole discretion of the Lessor.
