Common use of Developmental Clause in Contracts

Developmental. A Developmental leave is intended to permit an Employee to enhance experience and/or knowledge to acquire new skills. As may be applicable, the Employee may continue to participate in the Employer benefits plans, with the exception of Group RRSP, provided they pay both the Employee and the Employer benefits plan premiums in advance. The Employee will not participate in the Pension Plan for the duration of the leave.
