Common use of DFSP Staff Appointments Clause in Contracts

DFSP Staff Appointments. 4.1. The Bank shall, as administrator on behalf of the DFSP Donors, enter into employment contracts (“Letters of Appointment”) with candidates selected in accordance with the DFSP as specified in Annex 1 and Annex 2 of the Donor’s Agreement for the provision of DFSP Funds in accordance with such agreement and on the terms and conditions set forth in the Letters of Appointment.
