Digital Post. Norlys shall be entitled to forward all notices to Subscriber - except operational information re- xxxxxxx special registration – per mail to the mail address given to Norlys by Subscriber. This in- cludes but is not limited to order confirmations, invoices, payment reminders and information about amendments in the terms of the agreement and prices. Hence Subscriber receives no information from Norlys by ordinary post. Norlys is, however, still entitled to send all letters by post. Information sent per mail has same legally binding effect with a view to payment, acceptance, and complaint terms as if they were sent by ordinary post. It is the responsibility of Subscriber to currently check whether Norlys has sent information by means of mail. In case of change of mail address, Subscriber shall immediately update the information on Min Side (My Page) or by contacting Norlys Customer Service. The Subscriber can register and deregister digital post by contacting Norlys customer Service.

This includes but is not limited to order confirmations, invoices, payment reminders and infor- mation about amendments in the terms of the agree- ment and prices. Hence Subscriber receives no longer information from Stofa by ordinary post. Stofa is, however, still entitled to send all letters by post. Information sent per mail has same legally binding effect with a view to payment, ac- ceptance and complaint terms as if they were sent by or- dinary post. It is the responsibility of Subscriber to cur- rently check whether Stofa has sent information by means of mail. If Subscriber does not want to enter into an agreement about digital post, all communication from Stofa is sent as ordinary post. Stofa charges a fee for letter post quar- terly. The size of the fee appears from the invoice and on xxxxx.xx. and is paid quarterly together with the sub- scription. The fee is not refunded relating to termination of the subscription. Registration for Digital Post shall be done on the last day of a month at the latest in order take effect from the next invoice. Regarding change of mail address Subscriber is obliged to update the information on My Page immediately or by contacting customer service, as it will otherwise be non- fulfilment of the agreement about digital post. If Stofa does not have a valid mail address for digital communi- cation, Stofa reserve its right to send information by post and to charge letter post fee quarterly.

  • Financial Management System Subrecipient shall establish and maintain a sound financial management system, based upon generally accepted accounting principles. Contractor’s system shall provide fiscal control and accounting procedures that will include the following:

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Digital Health The HSP agrees to:

  • Loop A transmission path that extends from a Main Distribution Frame or functionally comparable piece of equipment in a Customer's serving End Office, to the Rate Demarcation Point (or NID if installed at the Rate Demarcation Point) in or at the Customer's premises.   • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier.   • DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-­‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. All the public DNS-­‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.
