Direct Polling of MDAS. The ISO shall allow the SC representing the ISO Metered Entity and all Authorized Users to directly poll MDAS for the Meter Data relating to the ISO Metered Entity in accordance with the procedures referred to in the Metering Protocol of the ISO Tariff.
