Direction to Trustee. The Company hereby directs the Trustee to execute and deliver this Supplemental Indenture pursuant to Section 9.01 of the Base Indenture.
Direction to Trustee. Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement, the Partnership GP will do all things and take all steps necessary to implement the provisions of Sections 11.18 through 11.23, including without limitation, authorizing and directing any two persons on behalf of the Partnership GP to provide a written direction to the Trustee in accordance with any Election of Directors LP Determination or any Fundamental Matters LP Determination.
Direction to Trustee. The Trustee is directed to execute, deliver and perform its obligations under the Security Documents and the Intercreditor Agreement.

The Trust and Investment Advisor(s) shall transmit the direction to the Trustee by any method or methods (among mail, postage prepaid; delivery service, delivery charges prepaid; fax and electronic mail), to such addresses and to such telephone numbers as the Trustee may, from time to time, specify by written notice to the Trust and Investment Advisor(s), or, in the absence of such a specification, by mail to the Trustee's principal office. The Trustee shall be fully protected in relying on any such direction from a person purporting to be the Investment Advisor(s) without further inquiry.
Direction to Trustee. By signing this Amendment, the Participants authorize and direct Union Bank of California, N.A., as Certificate Trustee, and Union Bank of California, N.A., as Agent, to sign this Amendment.
