Director, Employee, or Consultant Status. You understand and acknowledge that, except as otherwise provided in a separate, written employment agreement between you and the Company or an affiliate, your employment is “at will” and is for no specified term. Nothing in this Agreement or the Plan shall confer upon you any right to continue in the Service of the Company or an affiliate or interfere in any way with any right of the Company or an affiliate to terminate your Service as a director, an employee, or consultant, as the case may be, at any time.
