These changes include: 10.4.4.1.1 New end user connections: BellSouth will provide service to Actel that is equal to the service it provides to itself and its end users; 10.4.4.1.2 End user disconnections: BellSouth will provide service to Actel that is equal to the service it provides to itself and its end users; and 10.4.4.1.3 End user address changes: BellSouth will provide service to Actel that is equal to the service it provides to itself and its end users; 10.4.4.1.4 These updates shall also be provided for non-listed and non-published numbers for use in emergencies.
