Common use of DISABILITY BENEFITS ASSIGNMENT Clause in Contracts

DISABILITY BENEFITS ASSIGNMENT. During the period in which the full salary or wages of any Employee on Disability Leave is paid by the Township, any weekly compensations payments received by the Employee under the Township Workers' Compensation Policy, or social security disability benefits, or any other disability benefits provided by a program paid for by the Township, shall be assigned to the Township.

DISABILITY BENEFITS ASSIGNMENT. During the period in which the full salary or wages of any Employee on Disability Leave is Receiving worker’s compensation temporary disability benefits are paid by the Township, any weekly compensations payments temporary disability payment received by the Employee under the Township Workers' Compensation Policy, employee from worker’s compensation benefits or social security disability benefits, or any other disability benefits benefit provided by a program paid for by the Township, Township shall be assigned to the Township. The employee shall endorse over and deliver to the Township any such benefits paid to the employee.
