Common use of Disability of the Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Disability of the Superintendent. Consistent with paragraph 25 hereof, if the Superintendent is incapacitated from rendering the services required of his under this Contract by reason of sickness, disability or other reason beyond his control, the Board may elect to terminate the Superintendent’s employment and this Contract, at which time all rights, responsibilities and obligations of the Board and the Superintendent under this Contract shall cease.
