Disagreement Regarding Plans. Any disagreement concerning the overall job evaluation program shall be referred to a single Arbitrator, who shall be jointly selected by the Parties to this Agreement. The power of the Arbitrator shall be limited to the matters in dispute submitted to the Arbitrator. The decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Parties. The Arbitrator’s fees and expenses shall be determined in advance and shall be borne equally by both Parties.
